Is it the halal earning for a muslim organisation (company) which employs for its work totally muslim and non-muslim ladies in thousands as labours and muslim and majority non-muslim gents as supervisors to them in a very hijabless culture, which encourages oral sex among them and some times marriages between inter communities. Please give me a clear response, since it is the question of hundreds of organization here in ambur, in tamil nadu. I pray the almighty should guide us in the right direction.

It is unlawful and sin to go out of hijab, the Muslim men and women must restrict themselves within Shariah boundaries. However, due to this sin the income earned through lawful means shall not be regarded as unlawful.
