Can a father do intimate care on his disabled daughter, especially when she is a teenager and unable to speak. Has never had spoke language cannot say no, mamma or papa.

Salaam,
I am a practising Muslim, who has recently separated from her husband. The father sees his daughter, she is severely disabled and cannot speak. Has no awareness of danger, needs to be cared for 24/7. Goes to a specialist school where they are supervised to look after children like my daughter, with special needs and special care.

She is going through puberty and is fully developed. Her father wants to do intimate care, changing her underwear, clothes, showering and changing her nappy. He also wants to have her at night time, which will mean he has to sleep with her as she self harms in the genital area.

My Islamic belief and view is that, the same sex should do this and not the opposite sex. The Social Worker and carers are available to do this. I would appreciate if you could provide written evidence or resources to show that this is forbidden in Islam.

So my question is can a father do the following for his disabled daughter. Can he sleep with her on a night? Can he bath her? Can he shower her? Can he take her nappy off and change her?

Selling jewellery

Is my earnings haram if I sold jewelry to a woman who doesn’t most likely seem to wear hijab? I work as a agent for the seller and I don’t own any products. I just post pictures of any product I like to sell and when I get customer. I send the customer information to the sellers and they deliver the product to the customer and I get commission and I work for many online sellers and I post their products in my Instagram business account. Some of the sellers want delivery charge from the customer to confirm the order to make sure so that they don’t cancel the order later and so that we don’t have to pay the delivery charge instead of them since customers pay for the products and delivery charge.

1.Is everything halal in this type work?
2. Am I doing anything haram or
my earnings from selling this Jewelry haram?
2. is pre-order haram if we receive only 50% advance?

Speaking in languages other than Arabic

Is it disliked to speak in a language other than Arabic without a need while being able to speak fluent Arabic? Have you heard this as a position of any of the 4 Madhabs?

I came across a Fatwa of the website islamweb.net where they say that scholars stated that it is disliked to speak in a language other than Arabic without a need. They also bring a quotation from Ibn Taymiyyah (without reference).

Here is a link to the Fatwa:

Exposing patients awrah

I am a student who is deeply inclined towards the emergency medical field. I have extensive training in the regard and I am confident I can -only if Allah wills- make the difference between someone’s life and death with my knowledge and equipment. So coming to my question, what we are taught in the management of trauma is that whenever you come across a traumatically injured patient, uncover them, or to be clear, cut all their clothes off so you can see their whole body. The reasoning for this is quite simple that you need to make sure they don’t have any other injuries than what you see through their clothes. Now my question is that if I, as a male, approach an motor vehicle accident scene for example, and I come across a female who is traumatically injured, would it be halal for me to undress her to assess her situation and injuries? Also in another case, if I find myself as a bystander, in the case of a woman who goes into labour and I’m the only medical professional on scene, and I have reasonable grounds to believe either the mother or the fetus is in distress, can I, in the context of Islam, deliver this baby? I am medically competent to do these procedures, my question is only from an Islamic permissibility point of view. I will wait for your answer.
Thank you!

Lash lift

Assalamualikum wa rahmatullah I had a question asked regarding lash lifts…

“Essentially your perming the natural lashes so that they are curled and “opens the eyes”. No extra hair is added they last for a few months and gradually will return to their normal state”

Seeing as they’re the natural eyelashes and I believe wudu friendly would this be permissible?

Surrogacy

Assalamualiakum wr wb,
We are a muslim couple married for 16 years, Alhamdulillah. We don’t have a child even after going through so many treatments. As of now my husband wants to go for surrogacy but i am not at all ready for it.
He says that he has made up his mind for it and wants to go for it and that i wont get involved in this surrogacy technically but will have to rear up the child .
Under such scenario, is it permissible for me to rear up such child. Furthermore , is this a ground to move out from such marriage contact.
What should be my stand on this? He is not ready for adoption.

Semi permanent makeup

Assalamu alaykoum
My question is:
is microneedling, babyglow, extension eye-lashes and candy lips permissible in Islam ? these are new beauty technologies way …. here are their definitions in details

*Microneedling* regenerating skin care with micro-needles. It is a minimally invasive treatment, which is effective in treating skin aging, and therefore slowing the effects of aging. It thus stimulates each layer of the skin and improves its quality.

*BB Glow* is a technique that aims to improve the appearance of the skin by injecting pigments into it

*Candy Lips* is a semi permanent makeup technique allowing you to have lips that are always well made up and colored. The principle consists in implanting mineral pigments with an electric dermograph in the lips which does not go deep but only in the first skin of the lip. (very light lipstick in a natural look duration 6 months)

*eyelash enhancement* the beautician begins by placing a silicone patch, adapted to the shape of the eyes, on the mobile eyelid, flush with the fringe of the eyelashes. After applying glue, she places the eyelashes one by one on the patch using tweezers. the duration is 3 to 4 weeks
