Can women work if necessity comes in hijab ?

We have a lot of debts. My wife has got an opportunity to work in an organization dealing with educational tools. The organization is run by a Muslim. My concern is that Islam does not allow women to work in an environment where both men and women are working. But my wife says in Islam it is mentioned that if there is a situation where there is a necessity for woman to work, it is permissible. She always wears Hijab. My salary is not enough to pay all the debts. My Wife is saying that she will work till all our debts are paid. Please give me your fatwa on this.

If I told my wife by her name something like this ‘maniya I divorce you’ ‘I divorce you’ so, I issued the word divorce twice. Then after sometime before she could finish her time of ‘iddah’ I told her one more time ‘madniya I divorce you’ and from this statement I meant divorce. So, from this would my wife be divorced?

Then after sometime before she could finish her time of ‘iddah’ I told her one more time ‘madniya I divorce you’ and from this statement I meant divorce. So, from this would my wife be divorced? Also, when I said these words to her, there was no one around her or me, so, what is the ruling of shariah?

If a husband thinks that the staying of wife’s parents or someone from her immediate family (who cannot marry her) is not appropriate and wants to stop them from staying at his place, can he do that?

If a husband thinks that the staying of wife’s parents or someone from her immediate family (who cannot marry her) is not appropriate and wants to stop them from staying at his place, can he do that? Similarly, if a wife is not comfortable with her husband’s parents staying with her can she ask him to make a separate arrangement for them? And if she asks is the husband obliged to listen to her?

Marriage

What is the ruling of shariah in regards to a husband who invites his wife to the bed but she doesn’t come. Mufti Saab once said that if the wife refuses to go to her husband then she would be cursed. So, in a case like this should the husband do something to get what he wants and to prevent his wife from getting cursed?

What are the conditions for Valima?

I got married but me and my husband decided not have intercourse as he live in U.S.A and at the time of our marriage I didn’t have a visa. He was scared that by the time I get visa I would get pregnant and that would further delay my visit to U.S.A. But people here tell me that my valima is not accepted without having any intercourse is it true?
