Rules Governing Rental of Furnished Apartments

I own a number of furnished apartments which I lease for whoever makes a booking via a website. However, one of these websites demanded all subscribers(owners) to sign an agreement that stipulates the following: "Owners should treat all tenants respectfully and without discrimination on basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, national origin, ancestry, or age." In addition, whoever refuses to sign it gets their subscription cancelled and is denied advertising on that website any more. What is the ruling on signing this agreement?

Framing of (Ottoman) or (Miri)Transitional Inheritance

The Lands Department used to apply the Ottoman land law with regard to transitional inheritance(the passing of the estate from the deceased to the heirs) whereby a female used to receive a share equal to that of a male until a certain date. After that particular date, it applied the Islamic land law whereby a male received twice the amount of a female. Is it permissible for a lady to collect her share of inheritance in accordance with the Ottoman land law ? and is it permissible for her to pay the expenses of the inheritance paperwork from the difference between her share according to the Ottoman land law and that according to the Islamic land law ?

Couldn`t Consummate Marriage with Wife

I have been married for three years. On wedding night, I couldn`t consummate the marriage with my bride. This continued for over a month. I started reciting the Quran and praying to Allah and He blessed me with relief. However, I still suffer a minor weakness that doesn`t affect my sex life. I went to hospital and doctors assured me that everything is fine. Not long ago, my wife had a dream in which she was wearing white garment and a man asked her to dig a certain spot. Could you interpret that dream for me? What supplications and prayers do you recommend? Do you know any trustworthy person that does Ruqiya? What is the lawful Ruqiya that I can do so that Allah blesses us with a child?
