Breaking vow

Assalamoalaikom. A man comits intercourse with his wife during her menses and does tawbah . To keep himself from committing this sin again the man vows by saying ‘By Allah I will NOT have intecourse during menstruation again and if I do I will pay £10000 in sadqah’.
This method works until once he was having intercourse with his wife thinking she is clean but later finds out she had just started her period. So he’s committed this sin by mistake without him knowing and unintentionally . Does he have to still pay the Sadaqah because of his vow ?

Wetness around private parts

When performing istinjua after urinating I use water for washing (I use the Muslim Shower) I then dry myself with tissue. I suffer from extreme waswas and want to remove this. This can be done through knowledge. After drying I feel as if water is exiting the urethra or the vagina I do not know for certainty which. What is the ruling here? I do see water on undergarment garment or tissue. My research shows that any water that exits the urethra is impure ( even after washing) as it may contain nijasat- so how can we prevent water entering the urethra? Or is this research wrong? Even after drying I see Water droplets. I get up dry and wash again, get up dry and wash again to the point where I started getting an Infection. I can ignore this and just start wudu or my day to day routine, but is this correct. I think one of the sahaba suffered from this and was advised to sprinkle water on undergarment. My case is I know for sure water droplets come out after drying, so there is no doubt here, what can a female sister do?

Status of marriage with doubts in faith

What is the ruling if a husband in marriage expresses doubt in faith like (not fully confident if quran is the word of God).Later repents and realizes his mistake. Is marriage dissolved or remain enforced

Promise to waqf and retracting

Sheikh if a person has no wealth and he made a decision that if a he gets wealth he will gave all his wealth to waqf starting from the moments he gets to a certain person who is not a blood relative and their descendants forever but later changed his mind and he is afraid when he gets wealth Allah willing it becomes haraam for him what should you advise him to do kindly advise

Taqlid in Aqidah

Selamun aleykum,

What is meant with “there is not taqlid in Aqidah”. I As a layman am not able to interpret what Allah says, myself. I have to ask scholars. Now Maturidiyya and Ashariyya e.g. belief that there is no real causality, instead, Allah (swt) creates cause and effect seperatly. Salafiyya believe there is causality and Allah uses causes to create effects. Now, to me, even though I am a Maturidiyya, the Salafi stance in this regard seems more logical to me. Does this mean I have to believe this, since “there is no Taqlid in Aqidah” and it is forbidden for me to blindly believe the Maturidiyya/Ashariyya view? To me, it seems more wise to just accept the Maturidiyya/Ashariyya stance, since I trust these Schools of Aqidah and believe they generally are on truth and if they say this is what they deduct from Quran and Sunnah (i.e. that there is no real causality) then to me it doesn’t matter what seems more logical to myself since I want to follow the truth not my own logic. So why shouldn’t I do taqlid in this regard?

Liking a celebrity and nazar amulet

I like 2 turkish celebrities but one of them shared a story with nazar amulet emoji in it and other one worked in drama in which nazar amulet was hanging.  As i have heard that blue nazar amulet is haram and shirk . If i discourage their bad things and like good things? Is it likeliness to shirk??or is it kufr?

Am i allowed to seek Aspergers treatment without parents permission

I have thought for several years i have aspergers, but havent been tested. My parent does not think i have aspergers and the one time i brought it up i dont remember quite well but i dont think it was good. Given current circumstances i think it would be a very bad idea to bring it up, now or in future. If i have it i think it affects me in lots of ny life, like socializing and organizing and following instructions. I would hope to get treatment if i got a diagnosis. I might be going away for uni. Is it allowed for me to get treatment w/o parents knowledge or consent?

Exposing patients awrah

I am a student who is deeply inclined towards the emergency medical field. I have extensive training in the regard and I am confident I can -only if Allah wills- make the difference between someone’s life and death with my knowledge and equipment. So coming to my question, what we are taught in the management of trauma is that whenever you come across a traumatically injured patient, uncover them, or to be clear, cut all their clothes off so you can see their whole body. The reasoning for this is quite simple that you need to make sure they don’t have any other injuries than what you see through their clothes. Now my question is that if I, as a male, approach an motor vehicle accident scene for example, and I come across a female who is traumatically injured, would it be halal for me to undress her to assess her situation and injuries? Also in another case, if I find myself as a bystander, in the case of a woman who goes into labour and I’m the only medical professional on scene, and I have reasonable grounds to believe either the mother or the fetus is in distress, can I, in the context of Islam, deliver this baby? I am medically competent to do these procedures, my question is only from an Islamic permissibility point of view. I will wait for your answer.

Are men and women equal in reward

Hi, I am really interested in Islam and in being a muslim, however, I do have some questions if this is ok. Hello, I am really interest in Islam and there is so much peace in it. But There are few things confusing me. Why are men favoured with rewads?. For example, I am reading on Islamic websites that God favours men over women in paradise and he will reward them more, because he grants them a reward that is not granted to women which is having many beautiful spouses, but women only have one spouse and there is one an exlusive reward for men but no exclusive rewards to women. From this my understanding it that all rewards granted to women are granted to men, but not all rewards granted to men are given to women, or at least they are not rewarded as much as men for their worship. So for example, if a man and a woman both have 10000 deeds, lets say each gets the same number and quality of palace, garden, rivers, so in all of that they are equal, but the man will be given many wives (for example 10) and the women is given only one husband, so even though both have the same level of piety, the man got given more rewards than the woman by 9. Does the woman get compensate with more of another form or reward? Otherwise, who can it be justice that even though both have the same number of good deeds the man got more?
