As a teenager, just becoming baaligh, many oaths were taken and such and such things would be done for example fasting and Salaah. ” I oath to read 100 rakats and keep 60 fast consecutively” are just examples. Theses oaths were taken in hope of a situation turning out how you wanted it. Now looking back, he doesn’t have record and knows it to be alot. What should he do?
He doesn’t think that he will be able to fulfill all those oaths. It was also mentioned that many oaths and promises were taken to cover up sins that he was not happy about.
Should he make istigfaar for all the oaths and promises or does he have to fulfil them?
