Did Maulana Qasim Nanotwi say “Khatamun Nabiyeen” doesn’t mean last prophet to knowledgeable people?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com
salaam
i came across a site which quotes moulana qasim nanatwi of saying ‘Only to the general public, the finality of Prophethood (Khatamun Nabiyeen) means the last Prophet, this is not the correct meaning of the term, for the knowledgeable people. Even if a Prophet comes after the Era of Muhammad, it will make no difference to the end of prophethood that is associated with Muhammad. (Tahzeerun Naas by Maulana Qasim Nanotwi, page 3, 25)’. is this true

Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

With regards to the finality of prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) he is the last/final prophet and messenger, no prophet nor messenger will come after him for eternity. Many came as deputy of the prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) and will come (Inshallah) like the return of Hadhrat Isa (AS) as the leader and reviver of the ummah and the follower of the holy prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam).

Since Qadiyanies falsely believe Mirza Gulam Ahmad Qadiyani to be a prophet they claim that the possibility exists for prophets to come after Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam).
They cite this fabricated khabar: “The scholars of my ummah are like the prophets of Bani Israeel”.

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
