Answer:
The hadith is in Mishkatul Masabeeh, p. 186 on the authority of Musnad Ahmad and the Sunan of Abu Dawood. The words are:
“Whosoever learns the Qur’an and practices upon what’s in it, then on the Day of Judgement his parents will be made to wear a crown which will be more radiant than the sun if it were to be in your home, so what do you think of the person who has practiced upon it?”
