How do we pray Sunnat-e-Muakkadah and Sunnat-e-ghair muakkaddah?

What do you mean by how? They are both performed in exactly the same manner.
The sunnate muakkadah are as follows;
2 before fajr, 4 before zuhr, 2 after zuhr, 2 after Maghreb, 2 after Isha.
The ghayr muakkdah are; 4 before Asr and 4 before Isha.
