Assalamo Alaikum Can we pray fardh namaz in jamat at home with wife,if husband lead prayer and wife stand next to him. who will recite takbeer. Jazakallahu Kahyrun
Answer:
It is permissible to pray Fardh Namaaz with one’s wife, however the wife will stand behind the husband and not next to him. Furthermore, the takbeer should be called out by the husband himself and not the wife.
ﻭﻗﺎﻝ: اﻟﻤﺮﺃﺓ ﺇﺫا ﺻﻠﺖ ﻣﻊ ﺯﻭﺟﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﻴﺖ، ﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻗﺪﻣﻬﺎ ﺑﺤﺬاء ﻗﺪﻡ اﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﻻ ﺗﺠﻮﺯ ﺻﻼﺗﻬﻤﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺠﻤﺎﻋﺔ، ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻗﺪﻣﺎﻫﺎ ﺧﻠﻒ ﻗﺪﻡ اﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻧﻬﺎ ﻃﻮﻳﻠﺔ ﺗﻘﻊ ﺭﺃﺱ اﻟﻤﺮﺃﺓ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺴﺠﻮﺩ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺭﺃﺱ اﻟﺰﻭﺝ ﺟﺎﺯﺕ ﺻﻼﺗﻬﻤﺎ ﻷﻥ اﻟﻌﺒﺮﺓ ﻟﻠﻘﺪﻡ

وَلَيْسَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ أَذَانٌ وَلَا إقَامَةٌ فَإِنْ صَلَّيْنَ بِجَمَاعَةٍ يُصَلِّينَ بِغَيْرِ أَذَانٍ وَإِقَامَةٍ وَإِنْ صَلَّيْنَ بِهِمَا جَازَتْ صَلَاتُهُنَّ مَعَ الْإِسَاءَةِ. هَكَذَا فِي الْخُلَاصَةِ
