Petrol attendant filling more fuel than one requested

Q: I requested R300 fuel at a filling station, the attendant filled R370 in error. Am I obligated to pay the R70? The manager informed me that the attendant is liable. Is this correct? What about the extra fuel in my tank?

Bismillaah

A: You should have asked them to drain it out from your petrol tank. If you keep the petrol, you should pay for it.
