Can we teach Nazira Quran to the children belonging to Mehdi Firqa and/or the Bohra Firqa?

You should teach them with an intention of showing them the right path. Simultaneously, give them the education of the right concepts especially educate them about the misconceptions of the group of mahdawi with wisdom.
