Trying to Legalise Interest

Q: A person is asked for a loan of R50,000. He offers the R50,000 together with a soccer ball, stating that I am selling this ball to you at R20,000 together with loaning the R50,000. The creditor now wants payment of R70,000. Is this deal permissible?

A: These are loopholes in trying to legalise and justify a Haraam end. All such loopholes, which are adopted in trying to legalise Haraam, are impermissible.
