Is the following statement correctly attributed to Imam Suyuti (rahimahullah)?
“Everything contained in these five books (Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sahih of Ibn Hibban, Mustadrak of Hakim and Al-Mukhtarah of Al-Maqdisi) is sahih. Similarly, is with whatever is in Muwatta of Malik, Sahih of Ibn Khuzaymah, Sahih of Abu Awanah, Ibn Sakan and Al-Muntaqa of Ibn Jarud, and Al-Mustakh rajat. And everything that is in Musnad Ahmad is acceptable because the da’if therein approximates hasan.”

These are indeed the words of ‘Allamah Suyuti (rahimahullah).

This is a general guideline and not a blanket ruling.
It is therefore possible that some of the above books (besides Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim) may have narrations that other Hadith masters may not accept as authentic. This is common in the field of Hadith grading, since this field is open to difference of opinion. See more on this topic here.
The generalization in his statement should not be misunderstood as the final verdict on every Hadith contained in these books.
