Is this narration authentic?
Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu ‘anhuma) said, Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:
“Whoever is in Makkah when Ramadan comes, and he fasts and prays qiyam as much as he can, Allah will write for him the reward of a hundred thousand Ramadans observed elsewhere, and for every day Allah will write for him the reward of manumitting a slave, and for every night the reward of manumitting a slave, and for every day the reward of providing mounts for two fighters in Allah’s cause, and for every day a good deed, and for every night a good deed.”
Answer
Imam Ibn Majah (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith with an extremely weak chain. Some Muhaddithun have declared this problematic narrator a fabricator.

Imam Abu Hatim Ar Razi (rahimahullah) has declared the text of the Hadith unreliable (munkar).

One should avoid quoting this Hadith.
