1. When I wake up for Fajr salah in the time of urinating I see some madhi in the head of my private part I am not sure madhi touches in the cloth or not also I can’t see any wetness or spot in my cloth. In these conditions the cloth remains pure or not and what should I do for my purity.

If one finds wetness on his private part after getting up and he remembers that he had discharged semen then ghusl will be wajib. If no wetness or spot is seen on the cloth then the cloth will not be termed impure. However, in case of doubt it is better to wash in case of surety it is compulsory to wash.
