I have a lot to say about myself to clarify myself but my question is that my mother married twice. I am from the second husband. She has 4 kids from her first husband. My life took a dramatic turn. One of my stepsister’s daughters wants to merry me. She got me caught in different turns by police and made my life like hell to be with her. Therefore, I decided to do nikah with her. She insists of sleeping without nikah. Is it halal? Did I make a proper solution? I think I am wrong but I cannot leave her she will deport me in false statement to my country while here is my whole family. What should I do? My life is running like hell.

In the question mentioned above, you can marry your stepsister’s daughter. If you have no way except it and your family members agree then you should marry her. It is not lawful for both of you to meet and talk without nikah, rather it is haram.
