Can Zakah be Given for Purchasing Land or Building for a Madrasa?

I want to ask that can zakah be given for purchasing land or building for madrasa.

(Fatwa: 1274/870/L=11/1434)

It is not lawful to give zakah money to a madrasa to buy land or construct building.
