Does dying on Friday or reciting “La Ilaha Illallah” have significance?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
(1) Does dying on a Friday or on a particular day, e.g. 27 Rajab, 15 Shaban etc, carry some weight. This year 27 Rajab and Friday coincided and my father died on the same day. (2) He began to recite the kalimah from the night of Jumuah and passed away on Jumuah afternoon. Does this count “La Ilaha Illallah” to be his last words?

(1) As far as I know, there is no Hadith stating any virtue of death on 27 Rajab and 15 Shaban. But it is established that a person who dies on Friday Allah exempts him from interrogation of munkar nakeer (angels) and protects him from the punishment of grave:
(2) If he did not spoke after he recited Kalimah, it will be considered his last words. May Allah forgive your father and other Muslim men and women who died! May He grant them peace and tranquility!

Allah knows Best!
