1.i study at college we have lunch timings from 12:20-1:00 but salaah time for jamaat is @ 1:00 in this case can we leave jamaat and pray individually?
2. is it permissible for muslims to insult non muslims god(Surah Al-Anaam
what about action of ibraheem(as) demolishing statues?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
1. If you and your colleagues are unable to perform Zuhr Salah with jama’ah at 1:00, your’ll should make your own jama’ah for Zuhr Salah during your lunch break. If you are alone, you may perform your Zuhr Salah individually.
2. It is prohibited to insult and swear at the deities of people of other faiths.[i] Allah Ta’ala says in the Holy Quran:
وَلَا تَسُبُّوا الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ فَيَسُبُّوا اللَّهَ عَدْوًا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ
(6:108)
“And do not insult those they invoke other than Allah, lest
they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge.”
One should rather spend his time in more fruitful and beneficial endeavours such as giving Da’wah to non-Muslims and teaching them about the beauty of Islam. This is especially pertinent and important in this day and age when Islam is being maligned and defamed by the mass media as being a non-tolerant and oppressive religion.
Being offensive and aggressive by criticizing the deities and beliefs of non-Muslims is counterproductive. This was not the way of the Sahabah radhiallahu anhum and our pious predecessors. They used their actions as a means of Da’wah and implemented the laws of Sharia which in turn displayed the beauty of Islam to the non-Believers and led them to wonder and ponder about this beautiful religion of Islam.

قَوْله تَعَالَى : { وَلَا تَسُبُّوا الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ فَيَسُبُّوا اللَّهَ عَدْوًا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ } قَالَ السُّدِّيُّ : لَا تَسُبُّوا الْأَصْنَامَ فَيَسُبُّوا مِنْ أَمْرِكُمْ بِمَا أَنْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ عَيْبِهَا .
وَقِيلَ : { لَا تَسُبُّوا الْأَصْنَامَ فَيَحْمِلُهُمْ الْغَيْظُ وَالْجَهْلُ عَلَى أَنْ يَسُبُّوا مَنْ تَعْبُدُونَ كَمَا سَبَبْتُمْ مَنْ يَعْبُدُونَ } .
وَفِي ذَلِكَ دَلِيلٌ عَلَى أَنَّ الْمُحِقَّ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَكُفَّ عَنْ سَبِّ السُّفَهَاءِ الَّذِينَ يَتَسَرَّعُونَ إلَى سَبِّهِ عَلَى وَجْهِ الْمُقَابَلَةِ لَهُ لِأَنَّهُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْبَعْثِ عَلَى الْمَعْصِيَةِ .

وقوله تعالى : { وَلاَ تَسُبُّواْ الذين يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ الله } وذلك أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأصحابه كان يذكرون الأصنام بسوء ويذكرون عيبهم ، فقال المشركون : لتنتهين عن شتم آلهتنا ، أو لنسبنّ ربك . فنهى الله تعالى المؤمنين عن شتم آلهتهم عندهم لأنهم جهلة
