I shaila khan (Sunni-Hanafi-deobandi) want to ask you a very complecated question about my life.. 4 yrs back i met with a hindu guy and i am a muslim hanafi. we wanted to marry and i told this about my parents but they refused. although the boy was ready to be a muslim for the rest of his life. but when parents refused we got married according to aryasamaj law. before that I signed on a stamp paper that i am converting as hindu without enforcement. but I am a true muslim wholeheartedly and i knew that it was just a formality. i did marriage as per hindu law and started living with that guy without telling my parents, I wanted to get them convinced. the boy drinked a lot, smoked, abused when drunken. after two yrs I realised that i was totally wrong, and one after one i made mistakes. then finally i decided to leave that guy but he loves me a lot means more than this world,his parents, more than anything. but still i had to do right thing, I convinced him to remarry but in real i want to leave him.i said that after sometimes u’ll leave that lady,then ur parents will not say anything. he accepted and married with a hindu girl,but never look as his wife,none kind of relations was between them.now that girl is blackmailing him to disclose the fact that he remarried which is according to indian law a crime. and the guy on the other side want to only stay with him,want to perform nikah, want to be as a muslim for the rest of his life.
i am in saudi arabia,performed hajj and umrah and apologised for all my sins to almighty Allah taa’la. plz help me what should I do..?? should i accept thay guy or leave..?? if I accept him how should iconvinced my parents..?? and what should be the way to apologise to Allah tala for all my sins..??

Jazakallah for writing to the institute regarding your relationship with a man you met some time ago. I am not sure that I understand you explanation below.
Please correct if I am wrong, am I correct that you married this Hindu guy but he was abusive towards you and then he divorced you. However, he wants to marry you again?
Or is it that you now have a proposal of marriage from another Muslim man but you are not sure if you should marry him?
Please explain a little more clearly.
