There are two aspects to your query:

1.       Working in a bank

2.       Abusive husband

Generally, jobs in banks involve dealing in interest and are, thus, impermissible.  Any income earned from such will be harām.  Imām Muslim narrates in his Sahīh,

The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم cursed the one who takes interest, gives interest, writes [an interest transaction], or bears witness to him.  And, he said, “They are all the same” (Muslim)

However, if the position does not involve any involvement in interest, such as a security guard, a janitor, or certain IT positions, then it will be permissible to work in the bank and the income will be halāl [i].  The bank is involved in harām, namely interest-bearing transactions, and a person’s employment may provide the bank assistance in various ways.  Yet, Allāh Ta’ālā says,

And assist one another in righteousness and piety, but do not assist one another in sin and transgression (Qur’ān 5:2)

Hence, it is best to avoid working in a bank and search for employment elsewhere.  Please refer to fatwā #17597 [ii] for details of the various degrees of assisting in sin and their respective rulings.

As for your husband, it is unmanly and un-Islāmic to hurt ones wife or use abusive language towards her.  The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم has mentioned that, “The best of you is he who is best to his wife” (Tirmidhī) [iii].  A Muslim does not use abusive language, let alone towards his own wife.  The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said,

To use abusive language towards a Muslim is wickedness, and to kill one is disbelief (Bukhārī)

Furthermore, your husband should avoid the company of those family members who influence him to act contrary to the Sharī’ah.  Allāh Ta’ālā warns us in the Qur’ān,

O you who believe!  Verily, amongst your wives and children are your enemies (i.e. those who stop you from the obedience of Allāh Ta’ālā).  Therefore, beware of them… (Qur’ān 64:14)

You should calmly explain to your husband the importance of treating you well and with respect, just as he would like to be treated.  For this purpose, the assistance of an elder, respected member of the family or society, such as the local imām, may be utilized.
