Ruling for a woman clean after traveling 48+ miles during menstruation?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com
Assalamu alaykum
Can you please answer the following question.
If a woman is travelling more than 48 miles and is on her menstrual periods, if she becomes clean (paak) at the destination, e.g a day after after she has stayed at that town. Is she required to pray Qasar or full Fardh Salah.
For example, a woman is travelling from London to Yorkshire and she is on her Haydh, she then becomes clean in yorkshire, what is the ruling?
Jazakallah

Answer
Bismihi Ta’ala

The mas’alah depends on the intention of duration of stay. If she intends to stay at her destination for longer than 15 days ten she will not perform Qasr. However, if she intends to stay for a duration shorter than 15 days then she will perform Qasr.

Being on Haidh during travelling does not have a bearing on the ruling.

And Allah knows best.
