If not please possibly give reason and alternate translation.

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu,
No human can possibly translate the the speech of our Creator. Therefore, it is best to learn Arabic, and understand the words or Allah Ta’ala directly in the Arabic language.
However, if one is unable to learn Arabic, then we recommend the following two translations:
Qur’an Made Easy .. by Mufti Afzal Hoosen Elias R.A.
The Meaning of the Noble Qur’an by Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani
In Urdu, we recommend the translation of Mufti Shafi.
