Is this narration authentic?
ما آمن بي من بات شبعان وجاره جائع إلى جنبه وهو يعلم به
Answer
Imam Tabarani (rahimahullah) has recorded this Hadith on the authority of Sayyiduna Anas ibn Malik (radiyallahu ‘anhu). Imam Bazzar (rahimahullah) has also recorded this narration with slight variation in the wording.
(Al Mu’jamul Kabir, Hadith: 751 and Musnad Bazzar; Kashful Astar, Hadith: 119)
‘Allamah Mundhiri and Hafiz Haythami (rahimahumallah) have declared the chain of narrators of Musnad Bazzar sound (hasan).

Translation
The one who sleeps satiated and knows that his neighbour is hungry has not believed in me [completely/perfectly]
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
