What does Islam say if a married woman gets involved with another woman physically or not physically out of extreme emotional abuse by her husband who is very sweet and faithful but manipulative?
I am very sorry to hear that your husband is emotionally abusing you. This is very wrong, and marital counseling is essential for both parties. As for a physical relationship with a person of the same gender, this is strictly forbidden in Islam, and our tradition does not permit an active homosexual lifestyle.

Tackling Homosexual Feelings: Supplication, Repentance, and Going Cold Turkey
Please begin your journey by praying the Prayer of Need and asking Allah to bring you fulfillment through your marriage. Communicate with him, and try to strengthen the relationship by praying, spending time together, and learning.
If you have a female friend that you have romantic feelings for, I recommend that you cut her off immediately and find some good, religious company to talk to and take counsel from. Cut her off cold turkey instead of doing it gradually; this will be easier in the long run. Make tawba, for Allah forgives any sin from the repentant heart.
Our Beloved Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) is reported to have said, “No servant leaves something for the sake of Allah except that Allah replaces it with that which is better for his religion and his worldly affairs.” [Abu Naim al-Isfahani, Hilyat al-Awliya’]
May Allah Most High bless you for reaching out and for wanting to change. May Allah Most High facilitate every good for you and give you the best of both worlds.
