Is it haram for girls to to shave armpit hair? Also, to wax mustache when it comes over the lips?

Can girls wax mustache?
To pluck the hair of armpit is important for both men and women. If the mustache comes over the lip then it should be trimmed but remember one thing the more you take off the harder or stronger it comes back.
