In wudhu the sunnah is wash the face three times but the person have beard and try to put the water inside the beard try to avoid the dry spot in under the beard , this process take more then tree times to wash the face, is it against the sunnah or not.

This is not against sunnah, the issue is that if the beard is thick, then a person doesn’t have to overexert and go beyond a little extra care to make the water reach his chin. The front portion of the beard should be washed with washing the face and one can interface (Khilal) one’s wet finger with the remainder part. If the beard is not so thick or it has pockets of skin showing from here-and-there then there is no need to exaggerate the effort of making the water reach the skin such that after washing three times you would need to wash more times.
