1- It is impermissible to face towards or opposite of the qibla(khana-ka‘ba) while relieving one’s self, whether one is in the city or the jungle, therefore you should change the direction of your toilet. It has been narrated by Hazrat SalmanFarsi RaziAllah Ta‘ala Anhuin a hadithof Rasulullah Sallallaho Alyhi Wasallam:

In another narration by Hazrat Abu Hurairah RaziAllah Ta‘ala Anhuin a hadithof Rasulullah Sallallaho Alyhi Wasallam:

2- You can read the supplication in your heart.

3- Match the time of your break in such a manner that you can make wudhu during your break.

4- It is impermissible to do so.
