Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)
If one is working in a restaurant, grocery shop etc, which is serving, carrying, lifting, delivering etc, alcoholic beverages or any Haraam products then it is prohibited for him to work there. Allah Ta’ala Says: “
but do not help one another in sin and transgression.
”[5:2].
Narrated Ibn Umar: The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: Allah has cursed wine, its drinker, its server, its seller, its buyer, its carrier, its presser, the one for whom it is pressed the one who conveys it, and the one to whom it is conveyed”. (Sunan Tirmidhi)
You should seek another work, there is no lack of legal jobs. Allah Ta’ala says: “He it is, who has made the earth subservient to you (i.e. easy for you to walk, to live, etc.) So walk in the path there and eat of His provision, and to Him will be the Resurrection”. Allah Ta’ala also says (Interpretation of the meaning): “Earth of Almighty Allah is very vast”.
Allah Ta’ala Says : “
And whosoever fears Allâh and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine
”[65:2-3].
Know that whoever gives up something for the Sake of Allah, Surely Allah gives him better than what he has left.
And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
