I have a small shop so can we rent the shop to the bank only for ATM my income is very tight and banks pay us high rent than anyone else. In today’s world most things are expensive and are functioning through banks like we get salary through bank in the form of debit card which I use for cash withdrawal which benefits the bank in numerous ways. Please let me know if it is halal if I rent my shop to the bank for ATM purposes.

(Fatwa: 171/97/H=1433)
(1) It is allowable to give the shop on rent. But it is better not to give it to a bank.
(2) What is the fact behind debit card? And what are the ways in which one can buy things through bank, write its detail.
