Performing Salaah with a Qur’an in one’s top pocket

Answered according to Hanafi Fiqh by

Q: A person has a small Qur’an in his top pocket. Would it be permissible to perform Salaah with it in the pocket because in sajdah the Quran would be quite low?

A: It is permissible provided he keeps it with respect and there is no fear of the Qur’an falling out of his pocket when going for sajdah.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
