Answer:

If a person wishes to distribute his estate among his heirs while he is alive, to avoid any conflicts, then he should at least do this accordance to the Shar’i principles. These principles are as follows: If he leaves a wife with children, the wife will get an eighth, and his parents will get a sixth each. Whatever remains, should be distributed to the children in such a way that the son gets double the share of the daughter. If the children or father of the person are alive, the brothers or sisters will not inherit.

The graveyard is a quiet place. It is visited by both good and bad people. It is also a scary place, and women are generally soft hearted and scare easily. So, for their protection, they have been prohibited from visiting the graveyard.

If a small child understands and does not scare easily, as well as there being no threat to his life, then he may visit the graveyard as well.

We do not have any insight on that.

It is necessary that a Muslim always, at all times, tread the path of Shari’ah. The explanation of the laws of Shari’ah was done by the Imams, so it is important to follow an Imam, and tread the path of Shari’ah explained through his Masaail.

A woman can use a blade (razor) to remove bodily hairs, and this will not affect her Janaazah. However it is more appropriate for a woman to use less harsh tools, such as creams or wax etc.
