If a man says to his wife, that — “I may divorce you one day, if Allah wills” — without setting any conditions has a divorce taken place? He has stated that it may happen in the future.

Answer:
If a man says to his wife” I may divorce you, if Allah wills”, then Talaaq will not take place.
