Is the effort of Da’wath o thabligh Fardh e Ain or Fardh e Kifaya and how to deal with those who do shortcomings in this?

Hazrat, The effort which is taken place all over the world by the name of Da’wath o thabligh is Fardh e Ain or Fardh e Kifaya(فرض عین یا فرض کفایہ)? Further, how to make them understand who leave this work by saying this work is Fardh e Kifaya and others are of course doing? Or those who do shortcomings in this A’amaals? Please guide..Wassalam.

Let it be known that although in some special circumstances Da’wath and Thabligh carries the ruling of Fardh e Ain and in normal circumstances Fardh e Kifaya, yet in Shari’a, discharging of this duty is not confined to a particular pattern or practice so that contradicting to it invalidate the fulfillment of this duty or the one who contradicts become a sinner. This is the reason why Wa’z o Naseehath (Preaching and Advising), Dars o Thadrees (Giving lessons and Teaching) and Thahreer o Thasneef (Composition and Compiling) too become different patterns and branches of it. But in the present era, a standard process of effort in the shape of Thabligh Jama’ath, an inspired system, is in progress wherein common people, privileged people and even the non Muslims are made to turn towards the Deen e Matheen (Solid and Sound Religion) and motivated in doing A’amaal (good deeds). And evidence are also found in the Sacred Ahadees of Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam for specifying more or less durations only for the purpose of AMR BIL MA’ROOF AND NAH’Y ANIL MUNKER i.e., Da’wath and Thabligh.
Benefit of this effort and revival of Deen through it is not a hidden fact for even non Muslims. Those who show a lackadaisical response to this could be convinced only by explaining them the virtues of this noble effort and this is the excellent beneficial procedure.
