Is it correct to wear a Tha’weez with Sura e Yaseen around the neck at all times and to keep it on while bathing or using the toilet according to Islam?

Assalamu Alaikum! Mufthi Sahib I want to know that; often my health becomes weak all of a sudden and my mother use to expel the effect of evil-eye and then I recover to a quite an exent too. My mothers opinion is that I am under the influence of evil-eye, therefor she has made a Tha’weez and brought for me in which Sura e Yaseen is kept under a piece of leather and stitched. And now she wants me to wear it around the neck. And now you inform me whether evil-eye etc. are correct from the Islamic point of view or no? And the Tha’weez will have to be kept always around the neck and it is not possible to remove it on and off. Is it correct to wear it and bathe or go to the toilet or no? Please explain in detail and if possible quote refernces from Qur’an, Hadees or Seerath of Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam. May Allah reward you. Aameen! Allah Hafiz. Fee Amanillah
