A du’a Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) recited when the first ten Verses of Surah Al Muminun were revealed

What is the authenticity of the following narration?

Imams Tirmidhi, Nasai and other Muhaddithun have recorded this Hadith with a weak chain.

(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadith: 3173, As Sunanul Kubra of Imam Nasai, Hadith: 1443)

Sayyiduna ‘Umar ibnul Khattab (radiyallahu ‘anhu) said: “When Wahi (revelation) would be revealed to Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam), a [buzzing] sound like a cloud be heard by his face. Once revelation came to him so waited for a bit. When this condition subsided, he faced the qiblah, raised his hands and said:

Translation: O Allah! Increase us [in good] and do not decrease us, grant us honour and do not disgrace us, grant us and do not deprive us, prefer us [i.e. grant us Your Mercy] and do not prefer others over us, allow us to be pleased [with whatever You have decreed for us] and be pleased with us

Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) then said, ‘Ten Verses were revealed to me, whoever abides by them, will enter Jannah. He then recited the first ten Verses of Surah Al Muminun (Surah 23).’”

Despite the weakness, the du’a is still suitable for recitation.
