An unauthentic virtue of reciting three verses of Surah An’am after Fajr

Is the following narration authentic?

Answer

Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al ‘Asqalani (rahimahullah) has declared this narration strange [gharib]. He then points out a narrator who he has suspected of fabricating this narration. The narration should not be quoted.

(Al Amalil Mutlaqah, pg. 204)

The gist of the Hadith in question:

Whoever recites the first three verses of Surah Al An’am will receive the rewards of 40 000 Angels and will have seventy veils between him and Shaytan. On the Day of Qiyamah, he will be granted shade, will be allowed to drink from Kawthar and will enter Jannah without accountability and punishment

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
