Those who sever family ties will not be rewarded for their good deeds

Is there any Hadith that mentions that Hajj will not be accepted if a person cuts off family ties or does not repay debts?

Answer

I have not come a Hadith which explicitly states this regarding Hajj.

However, consider the following Hadith:

Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said, “The actions of the children of Adam are presented to [Allah] every Thursday, the eve of Jumu’ah. The deeds of the one who severs ties are not accepted.” [i.e. He will be absolved of the obligation but will not be rewarded for it]

(Al Adabul Mufrad, Hadith: 61, Musnad Ahmad, vol. 2 pg. 484. Refer: Faydul Qadir, Hadith: 2209)

‘Allamah Mundhiri and ‘Allamah Haythami (rahimahumallah) have declared the narrators reliable.

(Targhib, vol. 3 pg. 343, Majma’uz Zawaid, vol. 8 pg. 151)

The above Hadith is general and will include Hajj.

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
