I have been reading that the Hadiths regarding the benefits of Surah Waqi’ah increasing sustenance maybe weak.
What is the authenticity and when should we recite it?

The Hadith mentions “Surah Waqi’ah will become a protection from poverty for the one who recites it every night”. The Hadith is reliable. See here.
The night starts when Maghrib sets in thus a person may recite it from this time onward.
