Can I Recite the Daily Recommended Surahs in Separate Sittings Without Loosing the Reward?

Question: Assalam ‘aleykum,

Can I recite some of Surah Yasin whilst travelling to the mosque for Fajr and then the rest whilst I travel back?

Would I still receive the reward for reciting Surah Yasin at Fajr time?

Can I recite some of Surah al Waqi’ah after Asr, then interact with my family and then complete it before Magrib enters?

Answer: Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,

I pray that this message finds you well, insha’Allah.

Yes, this would be fine as there is some level of leeway in such matters. However, a complete recitation in a single sitting, when reasonably possible, would be superior.

And Allah alone knows best.
