Going out in jamaat

Q: Is there any proof to show that a person should go out in jamaat for three days, forty days and for an Aalim to go out for one year?

Also, is mastoorat jamaat proven and can a person use the hadeeth of jihaad where Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) went with few ladies to treat the wounded ones can that be a proof to prove mastoorat jamaat?
