A virtue of Sayyiduna Zayd ibn Harithah (radiyallahu ‘anhu)

Kindly confirm if the following narration is authentic?

‘Aaishah (radiyallahu ‘anha) said:

“Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) never sent Zayd ibn Harithah on a campaign but he appointed him as it’s commander, and if he [Zayd radiyallahu ‘anhu] had lived after him he would have appointed him as his vicegerent”

Imam Ahmad, Imam Abu Bakr Ibn Abi Shaybah and Imam Nasai (rahimahumallah) have recorded this narration with a reliable chain.

(Musnad Ahmad, vol. 6 pg. 227, Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah, Hadith: 32973, 38133. Also see Hadith: 38134, As Sunanul Kubra, Hadith: 8126. Also see Siyaru A’alamin Nubala, vol. 1 pg. 228, Fathul Bari, under Hadith: 3730 and footnotes on Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah of Shaykh Muhammad ‘Awwamah, under Hadith: 32973)

And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
