Is it valid under Islamic law to pick children out of prayer rows & disturb their prayers?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
My son who is 8 years old and is regular visitor of the mosque for performing fardh prayers in well disciplined attitude without disturbing the atmosphere of the mosque during the prayer time. But some new musallis in Ramadan, pick these disciplined children out of the row. Even though they perform at the last row of the masjid during the prayer also these children are present in the masjid with takbeer-e-Ula.
Henceforth these late comers pick them out of the row and finally disturbing the prayers of the children, which they have to repeat afterwards.
Let me know whether these practices are valid under the Islamic law?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 743/738/N=08/1436)

Your child now is minor, he is not even adolescent. Hence he should stand in fardh prayer in the row of children not in the row of men. However, if the children in the mosque create disturbance during salah then if your child stands somewhere at the edge of men’s row then there is no harm in this case. May Allah confer goodness and success on your child. Amen!
