Incontinence

Salaam, hope this message finds you well insha allah.

My mother suffers from an illness called incontinence. In short, it means that whenever she coughs, she ends up urinating. It’s only droplets, but she ends up urinating. These coughs are sporadic and so the issue my mother is facing is that whilst she is in salah, she would have these coughs, leading her to urinate and breaking her wudhu/salah.

However, what she has been told is that since this counts as an illness, it doesn’t break her wudhu (she done research online into this, I don’t trust everything I read online). And so my mother has asked me to clarify the ruling on this. Can you please advise us on this matter?

Jazakallah khair

Next prayer time entering

If you are praying salah and the next salah time enters, is your salah valid.
For example, if asr time begins at 4 :12 and when you finish praying zuhr the time is 4:12 is your zuhr considered valid or invalid, would you have caught up with zuhr salah?

Urinary problem and incontinence

A woman experiences a sort of urine incontinence problem. If she passes urine now, then after istinja and wudhu, there’ll be a feeling of heat in her private area and she will be sure that she discharged urine. If she takes a shower now and doesn’t use the toilet, she doesn’t experience this issue.
When she checked before by placing a tissue etc, then there was a wetness that emitted but it wasn’t urine when she smelt it. this leads to a doubt that sometimes perhaps this feeling of urine leaking, may not be urine leaking. How will she perform Salaah? sometimes, she feels as if she could possibly be a ma’dhura due to the fact that if she goes an entire day from the morning till esha salaah without using the toilet, her underwear may be stained and smelling of urine. But she is unaware when it emitted.
what should be done? This has caused a lot of inconvenience in her life. One mufti said this is waswasa, but i don’t think so

Insufficient Purity: Menstruation Query

Question:

I have a problem…  In the month of May I started on 8th and finished on 14th. In May I started 28th which means that there wasn’t a 15 day gap of Purity. This means that i am in istihadha. However, I do not know what I have to do. Does this mean i can pray as long as I do my wudhu for each prayer for all the 7 days that I am on for?

Or does it mean that I can pray until my 15 days gap have been done and then for the rest of the days i can’t pray? I’m not sure. I need to know… Jzk. Normal days that I’m on for is 7 days!

Irregular bleeding due to the Coil (IUD)

Question:

A woman has a coil fitted five days into her clean days. She has been told that she will experience bleeding due to this. It has now been 12 days since the coil was fitted and she is still bleeding. This makes it 17 days since purity. Her usual purity is 21days and 7 days haiz.
In this situation does she wait till 21 days and continue as istihaza for now, or regard this bleeding to be haiz as it is more than 15 days?
