Is it permissible to pay a Hafiz for reading the Quran for Baraka?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Is it permissible to get an Hafiz to read the holy Quran in an office home or shop for the purpose of Baraka and pay him hadya/ or is it permissible for a Hafiz to read the holy Quran and take money for his time spent, effort and his conveyance allowances.
وَلَا تَشۡتَرُواْ بِـَٔايَـٰتِى ثَمَنً۬ا قَلِيلاً۬ وَإِيَّـٰىَ فَٱتَّقُونِ
Does this come under the above verse?

It is not ibadat to recite the holy Quran for the blessings and prosperity of shop, house etc rather it is a kind of treatment for worldly purpose which is lawful; hence it is lawful to call Hafiz for recitation and give him some gift. The Hafiz is also allowed to receive the travel and other expenses.
