Poor people in relation to Ayat about provisions

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Tafseer Raheemi

Assalamualaykum W.w.

My questions Is with regards to the Following Ayah:

11:6. And no (moving) living creature is there on earth but its provision is due from Allâh. And He knows its dwelling place and its deposit (in the uterous, grave, etc.). all is in a Clear Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz – the Book of Decrees with Allâh).

what about the many people in poverty and famine in the world? How do we explain it – when Allah swt said in this ayah that the provision is due from Allah?

What about the children who not only are born in famine, but die in famine? Where is the provision for them? Because they were born in hunger and died in hunger.

Jazakallah Khayr
Ma assalama

The life of this world is a test.  Allah tests His creation in different ways.  These people show extreme patience and insha-Allah they will be rewarded with Jannah.  A hadith says, “The dunya is a prison for the believer and a Jannah for the disbeliever.”
