1.I WANT TO KNOW THAT CAN A HUSBAND DRINK THE MILK OF HIS WIFES BREAST.MY WIFE IS HAVING REMAINING MILK IN HER BREASTS AFTER SHE FEEDS THE CHILD.CAN I SUCK HER MILK AFTER OUR CHILD HAS DRUNK SATISFACTORILY.IF IT IS NOT PERMISIBLE IN ISLAM WHAT ARE THE EVIDENCE FROM QURAN OR HADEES WHICH MAKE IT HARAM.PLEASE QUOTE THE EVIDENCE.IT IS IN THE OPINION OF MANY ISLAMIC SCHOLARS THAT ORAL SEX IS DISLIKED BECAUSE MOUTH IS FOR ZIKR AND THERE COMES NAJASAT(SPERM & VAGINAL FLUIDS) FROM GANITIALS.BUT MILK OF WOMENS BREAST IS NOT NAJASAT.THEN WHAT IS THE RULING AGAINST DRINKING IT BY HUSBAND.IF ONE SAYS ITS RIGHT OF CHILD WHAT IF AFTER HE CONSUMES SUFICIENTLY CAN THEN HUSBAND DRINK IT.
2.ALSO IF HUSBAND AND WIFE USE PROTECTION WHILE DOING ORAL SEX LIKE CONDOM AND VAGINAL DENTAL DAM IN ORDER TO AVOID THE ENTRENCE OF HARAM FLUIDS IN MOUTH.IN THIS CASE CAN WE HAVE ORAL SEX.
3.CAN HUSBAND AND WIFE HAVE SEX FULL NUDE WITHOUT BEDSHEET ASWELL.
4.CAN HUSBAND AND WIFE HAVE SEX IN STANDING POSITION & WIFE ON TOP OF HUSBAND

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
1.) No, it is haram to drink the wife’s milk. The reason for the prohibition is that one is taking benefit of a part of the human body without any need. [i] [ii]
2.) If protection is used, and none of the fluids enter the mouth, it would be disliked, but permissible to practice oral sex. However, it does not behove a Muslim to practice oral sex even with protection because his mouth is used for recitation of the Quran and the dhikr of Allah. [iii] [iv]
3.) Yes, it is permitted for one to do so in the privacy of one’s room, however one should out of adab (etiquette) and haya (modesty) cover oneself with a bed sheet. [v]
4.) Yes, both the standing and the wife-on-top positions are permissible.

Mufti Ebrahim Desai Saheb has resigned from Madrassah In’aamiyya two years ago and has no affiliation with Madrassah In’aamiyya, Camperdown.
Mufti Saheb has established the Darul Iftaa in Durban that facilitates for post-Ulama courses and training Mufti’s. He teaches Hadeeth at Darul Uloom Nu’maniyyah.
