Answer

1. While some ulama are of the opinion that these are not classified as
pictures, the vast Majority of Ulama hold the view that they are in fact
pictures and are thus prohibited. This is the more cautious view to adopt.

2. If you missed a Fajr Salah, then you should make qadha of it, by reading
it. There is no other kafara. Yes, you should make istighfaar (seek
forgiveness) from Allah and make a firm determination to be punctual on
salah in the future.

3. Singing poetry is permissible with the following conditions:
A. The singer musn’t be a professional singer, faasiq, woman or beardless
youth.
B.The contents mustn’t be against Shariah.
C.Musical instruments cannot be used. (Aap ker massail Vol.7 Pg.346)

4. A ma’zoor is a person who is excused from the normal rules of taharah on
the basis of an illness. This illness could be the perpetual dripping of
urine, emission of gas, flowing of blood etc.

5. Music is not permissible, even for tabligh. As to whether those Sufis
would be rewarded by Allah, that is for Him to judge and not for us. In his
mercy he could reward them, looking at the sincerity of their intentions,
however that up to Him alone.
