Is seeing the private parts of the opposite gender with lust in a digital photo or video establish the ruling of hurmat musahara?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Answer:

If a man sees the frontal private part of a woman then Hurmat Musaharah is established, however he must actually see the private part.

For example, if she was standing and he saw it then Hurmat would not be established, but if she was sitting down reclining then it would be established.

It is necessary for the Hurmat to be established that the private part is seen physically. Seein it via digital photos or videos will not establish it.[1]

And Allah SWT alone knows best.
